How to start and submit a checklist
Are you about to start your first Checklist? Follow this simple guide to learn your way around checklists.
- Log in to the App
- Once you’ve logged in, you will see a list of checklists assigned to you. The Checklists are arranged in order of time when they are due, allowing you to see the most current checklist listed at the top. For example, your 10am checklist will appear before the 1pm checklist. Learn more about how Checklists appear on the list by clicking here.
- Tap on a Checklist to open it and see the tasks within. Simply scroll through the list of tasks and enter your input against each task.
- You can add Actions to a task if it requires follow up, by tapping on the “more” button. Learn more about Actions by clicking here.
- Click the 'Notes' icon to access your Store Comments. Here you can view previously added notes and images to the checklist. You can also add images from your device camera or library and/or include notes to the checklist. Store Comments is explained in detail here.
- When you have completed the checklist, hit ‘Review’. It will show you a section wise breakdown of tasks completed and failed. You can add your name and signature if required by your organization and then hit Submit.
- Did you forget a few tasks? No problem! Our App will remind you of any pending tasks before you submit an incomplete checklist.
- Your first checklist is submitted. Well done!
