Set Holiday


The 'Set Holiday' feature allows administrators to mark specific dates as holidays for one or more locations. Checklists will not be required on days marked as holidays, preventing missed-submission alerts for planned closures.

To set a holiday:

1) Under Manage in the left navigation panel, select Locations.

2) In the top-right corner of the Locations page, click SET HOLIDAYS. The Set Holiday dialog will open.

3) In the Name field, type a descriptive label for the holiday (e.g., "Christmas Holiday" or "Closed for renovations").

4) Click the Location dropdown. Type to search for a location by name, then check the box next to each location you want to apply the holiday to. Use Select All to apply it to every location at once.

5) Click the Date field and select a start and end date. For a single-day closure, choose the same date for both. Optionally check Recurring every year to reapply this holiday automatically on the same dates each year.

6) Click SAVE. The holiday will be applied and the selected locations will show no checklist requirements on the chosen dates.

Note: The Save button will remain greyed out until a Name, Location, and Date have all been provided.
